Showroom & Telesales Staff, Alfreton & Derby
Showroom
staff (with occasional Telesales duties) to work between
both our busy Apple Authorised Reseller location in Alfreton,
and our Apple Premium Reseller Store in Derby city's Cathedral
Quarter.
Main Duties
Working as part of our helpful and friendly sales team,
you will be meeting customers in our showrooms or handling
incoming enquiry or outbound calls and assisting customers
in identifying the products and solutions required to
fulfil their needs and advising them accordingly, providing
product information and demonstrations and converting
enquiries to sales orders.
With a customer focused approach to your work you will
be an excellent communicator - both verbal and written
- and be able to interact with all types of visitors or
callers with different levels of knowledge and experience,
from consumers to business professionals.
Required attributes

will be an experienced owner and user of a Mac systems |

will have a very sound knowledge of computers/IT and/or
telecoms/telephony equipment and networks |

Full-Time Service Department, Alfreton –
Bench Engineer and Support Technician
Overall Purpose
Our Apple Authorised technical support and service department
is well known throughout the industry as one of the best
and we are seeking a person to perform assessments and
repairs of customer equipment, ensuring work is completed
within our Apple Service Level Agreement and also provide
Technical Support to customers, either by telephone or
face-to-face.
Salary consists of fixed basic (rate negotiable depending
upon previous experience) plus performance-based commission.
Main Duties
We are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly person
to join our team to be responsible for various aspects
of service departmental administration, customer service,
and technical support. Working as part of a tightly-knit
team you will be able to cope within this busy environment,
as the quality of service that we provide our customers
is paramount.
You will be able to work individually and as part of the
team and will possess excellent organisational, administrative
and communicational skills, both written and verbal. You
will have a very sound knowledge of - and interest in
- computers and IT in general and be thoroughly experienced
in servicing Macintosh systems and a knowledge and interest
in telecoms/telephony equipment and networks would be
advantageous. You will have an analytical approach to
problem solving to allow you to quickly identify the customer's
needs in any support or service situation.
